Deposits

To confirm a booking, a 20% deposit is required

Cancellations

Below is a list of the costs payable if a cancellation occurs

No of days before arrival date	Amount payable
Greater than 31 days	Deposit only
15-31 days	50 per cent of cost of holiday
1-14 days	75 per cent of cost of holiday (subject to successful re-let)
On arrival date or later	Total cost of holiday

Arrival and Departure times

Please arrive after 2:30pm and depart before 10:00am

Restrictions

Smoking is not allowed inside the property

Well behaved pets are welcome subject to prior agreement

Wired and wireless networking is available free on request; however, although connection is usually very reliable it cannot be guaranteed.
